Jennifer Ellison's first fitness DVD, the West End Workout is broken down into three easy to use, thirty minute workouts concentrating on The Upper Body, Bums & Tums and The Lower Body.

Each workout includes a warm up, high energy dance session, intensive section and a cool down.

This is a fun, easy to follow workout which will get you fit and transform your body shape. The workouts can be done at your own pace - make it as simple or as intensive as you like. If you do these exercises two to four times a week you will see a difference.
